Recently, an individual (who's worked on these types of issues for over 20 years) asked if I (we) had written a letter to _________stating "You're hurting me.  Stop it!" I had to answer "no." That really got my attention. Therefore the suggestion that whenever any one threatens to diminish your property rights in any way shape or form, - FIRST send them a Demand Notice telling them they're hurting you and to STOP IT!  rmbs

It has been brought to our attention, that the U.S.D.A...through States County Extentions and government representatives... has proposed Underaged Minors Involved With Raising Livestock (Said Minors) register the Premise where they house their livestock. We understand this is a condition made mandatory  by U.S.D.A. if Said Minor desires to show livestock at any fair. 
Please know that we consider this to be in violation of  our private property rights. To request Said Minor (Or any person.) to register property they do not hold title to is illegal.  Regardless U.S.D.A. expectations, we refuse participation in any activity which could be construed as illegal.

Your actions threaten my proprietory, company sensitive information

Please consider this my formal request that you stop it right now.

We the undersigned will not allow our property to be recorded by any party for any reason with out our explicit permission. 
(Or - Let it be known that we the undersigned exercise our right to  "Opt out" of  Premises I.D. program, and request U.S.D.A. erase/delete/remove my property from said program.) 

Whereas the undersigned have no associations with U.S.D.A. please know that we the undersigned are to be held harmless, are without knowledge, and to be totally exempt from any liabilities what-so-ever, as a result of any representation what-so-ever that U.S.D.A. may or may not have made to any persons as pertains to Premises I.D
In keeping our State and Federal constitutional rights to acquire, possess and protect property, we hereby demand that you file a certified letter with ___________county clerks/assessors stating you will not include my property - and/or remove my property from any and all plans you may or may not have.  We will expect a copy documenting your filing within 5-business days receipt of this Demand Notice.
