Planning and development of private toll roads in Weld County

1041’s “areas of state interest and activates” written to oversee the planning and development of private toll roads in Weld County are on the agenda for the following dates listed below.

Please attend one of the hearings to express your support or send an email to the Board expressing support and/or suggestions for additions to the regulations.

For the March 3rd hearing, the 1041's are 11th on the agenda under new business - the meeting starts at 9am, but it could be several hours before the regulations are heard.
