Senate Energy Committee Seeks To Avoid A Hearing On Rim Of The Valley (S 1053) (HR 1835) to have lost its way.  Of course they're going to support bad bills when they rarely hear both sides.  Yes,  the Committee is busy and staff is overworked.  But fair is fair.  The Committee is consistently failing to do its job of hearing both sides and making informed decisions.
